To use Anchor Home Inspectors’ scheduling system, just click on the red button at the top, right side of any page that says “Schedule an Inspection”. This will take you directly to the 24 hour, 7 days a week scheduling system window. Click on “Click Here To Get Started”(in red) located in the lower left side of the screen. The scheduling system will then ask you to create a user ID and password for your privacy. You will need these to receive your inspection report and to re-enter the system, so please write them down and keep in a safe place. Also, you will want to have your MLS (Multiple Listing Service) printout about your property handy. You will be asked for some information that is in this document as you schedule your inspection. You can get a copy the MLS printout from your agent.

Some of the information that you will want to find before going to the scheduling center is square footage of the home, is there a crawlspace (if not, be to sure ask your realtor), a detached building with or without utilities that is part of the inspection, If you can’t get a copy, just skip that information during the scheduling process. It can be added later.
